Before registering a student/students with the Millwoods Christian School Society, you must first register the student/students with the Edmonton Public School Division or be a returning student with Millwoods Christian School Society.

Millwoods Christian School is an alternative program offering education from a Christian perspective to Kindergarten to grade 12 students in partnership between Edmonton Public Schools and Millwoods Christian School Society.

The personal information collected in this form is for use by Millwoods Christian School Society only. All information will be treated confidentially.

You must provide a valid credit card for payment of the non-refundable registration fee to submit the form. Payments are processed via Stripe.

Only one registration submission per email address is allowed. If you need to adjust your registration or need to register another student, please email us.

Annual Society Fees

Society fees are calculated based on grade level, starting with the highest grade student except for Kindergarten registrations.

Families with more than three children registered will only pay for the three in the highest grade level, or the highest two and kindergarten.

For the upcoming school year, teachers from MCS who have children in the school will receive a 20% discount on their fees. This will be the last year this discount/benefit will be made available.

Your MCS teacher discount will be manually applied to your registration. The Accounting Department will advise you of your final fees.

Financial Assistance is based on household income. If sole custody please only provide single income.

Financial Assistance is available for families with a total family income under $65,000. Financial Assistance may be granted on a sliding scale with the maximum available being 50% of your children(s) total fees with MCSS.

Only one parent is responsible for the fees.

Terms & Conditions of Pre-Authorization Payment

I/We agree that should there be any unpaid NSF or credit card/EFT denials over fifteen (15) days, the remaining monthly payments may be increased to include the delinquent amount plus service charge.

I/We will notify Millwoods Christian School Society in writing of any changes in the account information or termination of this authorization at least ten (10) days prior to the next payment date.

I/We warrant that all persons whose signatures are required to sign on this account or credit card have signed and agreed to this authorization.

I/We agree to the calculated financial costs and commit to pay the full amount. I/We understand the termination of this authorization does not affect my/our obligation to pay for school fees with MillWoods Christian School Society.

I/We agree that program fees remain in effect during strikes and/or unexpected school closures due to pandemics, natural disasters, or any other circumstances that MCSS cannot control.

Arrears Policy

The MCSS Arrears Policy has been developed to ensure that situations where Society fees are in arrears are dealt with in a consistent manner and that all parties understand how these situations will be handled.

Policy Steps:

When fees are 30 days past due, a notice will be emailed/mailed to the family. This will remind families of how much they owe, what options are offered for payments and who they need to contact to clear the debt. Additionally, families will also be reminded of the financial assistance that is offered.

When fees are 60 days past due, families will receive a second notice that will remind them of the above items.

After 90 days past due, families will receive a third notice informing them that outstanding amounts will be sent to a collection agency.
